I came across this poster this morning as I was scrolling my social media and it sure does apply to me. With all the crazy and downright scary news cycles these days I am so grateful for my sewing room where I can get lost in my creative safe zone. These days can be hectic with family, work, errands and so many other things that having a place you can call your own to wind down is truly a blessing.
Speaking of being creative, look what just arrived in our shop! This new Moda collection by Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings has put out a fall line – Rustic Gatherings - that is so versatile that it can be used for a more masculine quilt, Autumn patterns, or maybe a charcoal/black and white quilt. So many uses for this fall line. I have to say to date it is one of my favourites and I will be using some of this myself. There are 15 bolts total that we have ordered so if you would like a fat quarter bundle, please order by the ¼ yard as stipulated and then put in the notes you would like each ¼ yard to be a fat quarter and we can bundle it up nicely for you.
