All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders may be delayed due to certain circumstances including a high volume of orders.

Local delivery

Low cost local delivery is available for orders over $5 within the boundaries of Sarnia, ON (postal codes beginning with: N7S, N7T, N7X, N7W, N7V). For orders over $5, we charge $5 for local delivery. Orders over $200 also receive free shipping. Local delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.

Deliveries are made from 10AM to 5PM on weekdays excluding holidays. The date of the delivery is chosen by the customer in their "cart" online and is the date that the delivery will be attempted on. Some orders may be delivered on weekends. We will contact you via email to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available and can be chosen as an option from the customer's cart, where they may choose the day and time they wish to pick up their order. This date and time may be subject to change under certain circumstances that make it difficult or impossible for the customer to pick up their order at that time. If the date and/or time are changed, the customer will be notified and a new date and time will be negotiated. Some special exceptions may be taken into consideration.

Pick up is a free service and is available to be chosen by the customer the day (at least 24 hours) following, meaning an order cannot be picked up the day it is ordered. Unless permission by Drunkard's Path is given, an order cannot be picked up at a different time then the one chosen. If the pickup time window is missed by the customer, they will be contacted via email to confirm the missed time window and a request to reschedule that time window to another day and time.

Pick up times that can be chosen are hourly intervals on Monday to Friday from 10AM to 5PM as well as Saturdays from 10AM to 3PM. These days and times are only available to be chosen 24 hours ahead of time. The number of slots to pick up an order are restricted, thus some time windows may not be available if too many other orders are scheduled for that time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, China, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Drunkard's Path Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

There are no restrictions on P.O. boxes for Canada Post shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, with the exemption of cut fabric which is not returnable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
